                                Scientific Research Management and Information Division

 

          

 

 

Chaoyang Fu:   PhD, Associate Professor. Graduated as bachelor in the field of bioengineering from Northeast Agricultural University in 1991, and received master degree in 2001 and doctor degree in 2004. He is the deputy director of Scientific Research and Information Management Division of HVRI, and also holds the part-time positions of director of Scientific Information Center , vice-editor in chief    of Chinese Journal of Preventive Veterinary Medicine and vice Secretary-general of Veterinary Immunology Branch of Chinese Immunology Association. He has participated in “973 Projects”, “863 Projects”, “State Gongguan Projects” and “Sino-Australia cooperation Projects” and so on. His research focuses on the Avian Influenza and Avian immunosuppressive diseases. Now, he mainly goes in for the scientific management.

Functions of  Scientific Research and Information Management Division

 

The department is mainly in charge of the institute’s research orientation and discipline construction; the application for both scientific research subjects and achievements; the management of post graduate students and the Veterinary Immunology Branch of Chinese Immunology Association; the management of the key lab and virus strain sources; the coordination and management of international cooperation, organization of the academic exchanges involving foreigners and receiving foreign guests; the editing of annual report and external publicity; the management of technological propaganda, archives; the editing, printing and distribution of the Chinese Journal of Preventive Veterinary Medicine and the Journal of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine Scientific Information, and so on.
